Motapa Door Karna














1...Subha nahar moon garam pani main shehad mix ker kay peenay  se zaid cherbi khatam ho jati he.

2...Subha nahar moon aik glass garam pani main lemon ka ras mila kr pinay se zaid cherbi khatam ho jati he.

3... Nahar moon aur lunch ke baad qehwe main lemon ka ras mila kr piya krain.

4...Lemon ka achar motay logon ke liye faida mand he.

5...Din main teen baar lemon ka ras pani main mila kr piya krain.

6...Khanay ke baad thori si ajwayan pani ke saath kha liya karain.

7...Salad ka use khanay ke saath lazmi karain.

8...Adrak ki chae piya krain.

9...Ghi ke bajae khanay ka tail istamal karain.

10..Chawal, aalo, mtar,gobi,ghi aur dosri baadi cheezain kam istamal krain.

11..Rozana rassa tapnay ki warzish karain.

12..Rozana nahar moon orange juice piya karain.

13..Rozana nahar moon teen lehsan ke jawe pani se saath nigal liya karain.

14..Apple khanay se pait halka ho jata he.

  4. khane k dermiyan aur baad paani naa piye,paani hamisha bohat zada thanda na piye khane k 30 min baad pani ka istamaal kare, chawal,aalu cold drinks sodas,desserts,sweets,sugar aur gehu(wheat flour) ka istamaal band ker k jow yaa bran bread khaay raat ko khane k max 1/30 hours baad walk,exercise kare aur green tea den mai 2 baar piye oil k bajaay olive oil ya mustard oil sirf 2 yaa 3 tbsp khane mai daale aur week mai 3 baar chawal yaa kisi bhi qisem ki bread chorh k sirf soups aur salads khaay phir kisi ka baap bhi hame patla hone se nahi roksakta..
